MY TAKE: HOPE FOR THE DELUSIONALLY IMPAIRED

There is no question that mental disorder is a very complex malady and the healing processes are equally complicated and challenging. Now that the majority of the voting public overwhelmingly elected Trump as the new President, the recovery of those who suffer from the illness that's a result from the relentless political brainwashing by the left, I believe, is only a matter of time. In other words there is hope yet for the victims (and they are victims of some sort) of what has been popularly coined ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ or TDS.

The untold number of people today who continue to exhibit the problem like the former Campaign Manager of Congressman Seth Moulton, D—Mass. who declared after last week’s election that “millions today showed that they hate immigrants and transgender people more than they fear fascism” will soon see how delusional and wrong that thinking is.

Firstly, what Rep. Moulton's political aide failed to realize is the fact that the issue is not about immigration per se but the illegality of the way the immigrants have been allowed to enter into this country. The Trump voters do not hate immigrants (many of them are immigrants themselves — albeit the legal kind) they simply object to the open-border policy perpetuated by the Democrats. They also do not hate transgender people, rather they reasonably oppose the unfair participation of biological males in female sports.

Secondly, the same supporters of Trump are neither afraid nor unafraid of fascism which has never been an issue to begin with. In all likelihood if asked both those voters and the Democratic aide will likely not be able to correctly define what fascism is anyway. That is why the liberal position is not only wrong but insisting upon it is delusional. To the misguided, I’d say it’s time to get healed and join the majority on the nation's march to greatness - again!
