MY TAKE: DITCHING OF DEI ON THE RISE

For so long so many well-intentioned and well-meaning Americans have been duped by the very slick democrat/liberal sophisticates passing their leftist-socialist anti-God policies/ideologies and programs masquerading as cultural advancements like the infamous Diversity, Equity and Inclusion sham!

What is presented as fair, rational and sensible workplace principles as the only acceptable guide to hiring and managing human resources in all work environments both private and public is now coming to light as potentially destructive in many aspects. So much so that iconic business establishments like John Deere, Harley-Davidson and Jack Daniels among others have begun to do away with DEI in favor of the true traditional and proven standards based not on race, gender or anything else but on ability, industry and the like. It’s about time people get used to accepting the immutability of Bible-based work ethics as opposed to a fleeting political fancy like DEI. It’s not here to stay.
